Our Approach

At Mosaica Turnaround Partners, we provide help where it is needed most:

• The schools we serve are inner-city, suburban and rural.
• The students represent a wide socio-economic and ethnic mix.
• In some, English Language Learners make up as much as half the population.
• Most are in communities that have been educationally underserved for decades.

Turnarounds require a rigorous approach to needs assessment, program planning and program implementation. Sustainable turnarounds require local collaboration and commitment as well.

We help each school to create a community of learners: students, parents, teachers, and administrators working together to address specific local needs. And we work in close collaboration with each of these communities to craft and execute a turnaround strategy that produces rapid, sustainable, positive change.

Improvement is an iterative process. Comprehensive planning, ongoing accountability, and regular reviews of progress and performance enable us to continually enrich each turnaround effort and ensure measurable, quality results.
